The Dead Space Remake also features a Secret Ending, which can only be unlocked through New Game Plus and collecting the 12 Marker Fragments that appear throughout the game. In particular, this includes the Life on the Sprawl log, which references the "Sprawl on Titan," better known as the primary setting of the original Dead Space 2. These logs provide plenty of lore and references for players to discover. As of this writing, neither EA nor Motive Studios have hinted at such a possibility, and its unlikely to change given the games release is on the horizon.
